KNOW WHAT
WE STAND FOR.
WE ARE
A curated community of real creators — vetted humans, no bots, no clout chasers
A platform where every creator has a clear path to earning from day one
A learning ecosystem — creators teach, learners grow, knowledge flows both ways
A community that funds what matters — charities, grants, and creator projects through the Community Pool
A safe space for independent voices — no algorithm suppression, no shadow banning
A stage for authentic storytelling — music, film, art, comedy, journalism, and more
A network that pays creators fairly — 80% of every transaction goes to the creator
A place where collaboration is the currency — collabs, co-creates, and joint ventures
WE ARE NOT
A social media platform built on vanity metrics, follower counts, or viral moments
A propaganda machine — no political agendas, no manufactured outrage, no divisive content
A surveillance network — we do not sell your data, track your behavior, or monetize your attention
A gated club for the already-famous — if you create, you belong here
A race to the bottom — we do not reward shock content, clickbait, or manufactured controversy
A platform that owns your work — your content, your IP, your rights. Always.
YOUR RIGHTS
AS A CREATOR.
These are not terms and conditions. This is a commitment. FC Network exists to serve creators — not the other way around.
You own your work. Full stop.
FC Network does not claim ownership of any content you create, upload, or distribute through this platform. Your music, your film, your writing, your art — it belongs to you. We are a platform, not a label. We are a network, not a publisher. We will never take a rights stake in your creative output without an explicit, separate agreement that you initiate.
You set your price.
No one tells you what your time is worth. You set your booking rates, your membership tiers, your collab fees, your product prices. FC Network takes a 20% platform fee on transactions — that is it. The other 80% is yours, paid out on your schedule. We do not take a cut of your sponsorships, your brand deals, or any income you generate outside the platform.
You control your audience.
Your fans are your fans. FC Network does not own your subscriber list, your follower relationships, or your community. If you leave the platform, you take your relationships with you. We will never hold your audience hostage, suppress your reach to sell you ads, or throttle your visibility to push you toward paid promotion.
You have the right to be heard.
FC Network does not suppress content based on political viewpoint, cultural perspective, or creative style — as long as it does not violate our content standards. We believe in the free flow of ideas, art, and expression. Controversial does not mean banned. Uncomfortable does not mean removed. We draw the line at harm, not at disagreement.
You have the right to transparency.
Every dollar that moves through FC Network is traceable. Your earnings dashboard shows exactly what you made, from what source, and when it was paid. The Community Pool ledger is public. Our fee structure is published and does not change without notice. No hidden charges, no surprise deductions, no opaque algorithms deciding your income.
You have the right to leave.
FC Network is not a trap. You can export your content, your earnings history, and your profile data at any time. We do not lock you in with proprietary formats or make it difficult to move on. If we are not serving you, you should go somewhere that does. We would rather earn your loyalty than manufacture it.
THE LINE IS
CLEAR.
We believe in maximum creative freedom with minimum necessary restrictions. Here is exactly where we draw the line — and why.
WHAT'S WELCOME
Music, film, art, photography, writing, comedy, journalism, and all creative disciplines
Controversial opinions, political commentary, and social criticism — expressed through art and argument
Adult-themed content in appropriate, clearly labeled contexts (coming soon with age-gating)
Criticism of institutions, corporations, governments, and public figures
Experimental, avant-garde, and unconventional creative work
Collaborative projects, fan fiction, remixes, and derivative works (with proper attribution)
Educational content on any subject — including sensitive historical topics
Live streaming, podcasting, and real-time community interaction
WHAT'S NOT
Content designed to incite violence against specific individuals or groups
Non-consensual intimate imagery or content sexualizing minors — zero tolerance, immediate removal and report
Coordinated harassment campaigns targeting private individuals
Deliberate disinformation presented as fact with intent to deceive for financial or political gain
Spam, bot activity, or automated engagement manipulation
Impersonation of other creators, public figures, or FC Network staff
Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others without fair use justification
On enforcement: Content moderation decisions are made by humans, not algorithms. When content is removed, you will be told why. You have the right to appeal any decision. We do not remove content because it is unpopular, uncomfortable, or critical of FC Network itself — only because it violates the standards above.
REAL HUMANS
ONLY.
Every person in FC Network passed a human verification process. Not a CAPTCHA. Not a phone number. A creative challenge — something only a real person with genuine creative intent can answer.
We do this because the quality of a network is determined by the quality of its members. Bots inflate numbers. Clout chasers dilute culture. We are not interested in either.
Every member needs a valid invite code to apply. This is not a public sign-up form.
Our AI guardian asks a creative question that bots cannot answer. Evasive or generic responses trigger a harder challenge.
Applications that raise flags are reviewed by a real person before approval.
Members can flag accounts that violate the philosophy. Repeat violations result in removal.
